The next step is to establish a sound negative list management system for cross-border service trade, promote the expansion of opening trials in the telecommunications and medical fields, and cautiously and orderly expand autonomous opening in the education and cultural fields. Actively promote the process of joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Digital Economic Partnership Agreement, sign more high-standard economic and trade agreements, and promote service trade to a higher level of openness.
