According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on September 12, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued the "Notice on Improving Pricing Mechanisms to Promote the Local Consumption of New Energy Power Generation", which will be implemented from October 1, 2025. It mentions that for projects that connect electricity sources, loads, energy storage, etc. as a whole with the public grid, form clear physical interfaces and safety responsibility interfaces, and mainly use new energy power generation for local consumption, the public grid shall provide reliable power supply services according to the connection capacity to ensure their safe and stable power consumption. The power source of the local consumption project should be connected to the user side and the user-side of the public grid property boundary point. The proportion of self-generated and self-used electricity from new energy to the total available electricity generation shall be no less than 60%, and the proportion of total electricity consumption shall be no less than 30%, starting from 2030, the proportion for new projects shall be no less than 35%; the project should meet the conditions of separate metering, with metering devices installed by the grid companies at the generation, plant use, grid connection, self-generated and self-used, and energy storage interfaces to accurately measure the electricity data at each stage.
