The company received a notification letter from its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Construction Group, on September 12, 2025, regarding the implementation of the plan to increase its holdings of Tunnel's A shares. Shanghai Construction Group has completed the increase plan and acquired a total of 62.8818 million shares of the company's A shares during the plan period, accounting for 2% of the total share capital of the listed company. The total amount of the increased shares is RMB 399 million (excluding transaction costs).
