Nezha Automobile held its first creditors' meeting, confirming a total debt of about 5.1 billion yuan.
On the morning of September 12th, after more than 100 days of announcing bankruptcy and reorganization, the first creditors' meeting of the bankruptcy and reorganization case of Nezha Car brand operator Hezhong New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. was formally held in the form of a network. The administrator disclosed that as of August 31st, a total of 1631 creditors had declared their claims to the court, with the total amount of claims being over 26 billion yuan. Among them, a total of 1340 claims have been reviewed and confirmed, with a confirmed total amount of about 5.1 billion yuan. In addition to the above-mentioned creditors, as of the end of August 2025, Hezhong New Energy and its affiliated companies still owe over 5000 employees a total of approximately 460 million yuan in wages, economic compensation, subsidies, benefits, reimbursement expenses, and provident fund.
