Year-on-year growth doubles, new energy vessels on the Yangtze River showing an "explosive" trend.

According to the Yangtze River Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, as of September 10th, a total of 156 new energy ships have been put into operation on the Yangtze River main waterway, doubling compared to the previous year. It is estimated that by 2025, a total of 422 new energy ships will be built in shipyards along the Yangtze River, with an additional 966 ships planned to be built in the next five years. Among these, LNG ships will account for 75%, electric power ships 20%, and methanol power ships 5%. The development of new energy ships on the Yangtze River main waterway is showing a surge trend, and the era of green navigation on the Yangtze River is accelerating.
