Henan introduces 12 new real estate policies to support housing consumption.

The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Henan Province, together with the Office of the Financial Committee of the Communist Party of China Henan Provincial Committee and six other departments, jointly issued a set of measures to support housing consumption. The measures focus on increasing subsidies for home purchases, supporting families with multiple children to buy homes, and providing reasonable increases in individual housing loan amounts from the housing provident fund, introducing a total of 12 measures.
