Proposal: By 2027, the new energy storage will basically achieve large-scale and market-oriented development, with technological innovation level and equipment manufacturing capability ranking among the best in the world. The market mechanisms, business models, and standard systems will be basically mature and sound, and a diverse energy storage system suitable for the stable operation of new power systems will be initially established. A comprehensive pattern of overall coordination, diverse complementarity, and efficient operation will be formed, providing strong support for the green transformation and development of energy. The national scale of new energy storage installed capacity will reach over 180 million kilowatts, driving direct investment in projects of about 250 billion yuan. The new energy storage technology route will still be dominated by lithium-ion battery energy storage, with various technology routes and application scenarios further enriched, nurturing a number of pilot application projects and creating a number of typical application scenarios.
