The driver who crashed into the daycare center in Canada is charged with two counts.

On September 11th local time, the police in York Region, Ontario, Canada, stated that the driver who had previously crashed into a daycare facility has now been charged with two offenses, namely dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm. According to the police, the accident resulted in the death of a one and a half-year-old boy, and injuries to 6 toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years old, with two children in critical condition. Three daycare center staff members were also injured.
