Dinos Environmental (01452.HK) subsidiary has entered into a financial leasing agreement with Wing Ying Financial Leasing.

Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, Dinos Environmental Protection (01452.HK) announced that on May 29, 2025, the lessee (Beijing Dinos Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the lessor (Yongyin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Bank) entered into a finance lease agreement. According to the agreement, the lessee agrees to sell the leased assets to the lessor for a consideration of RMB 10 million yuan; and the lessor agrees to lease back the leased assets to the lessee for a lease term of 36 months, with a total lease payment of RMB 10.8868 million yuan.
