Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, more than 2,000 specialized and innovative enterprises have been listed on the A-share market.

Minister of Industry and Information Technology, Li Lecheng, stated that since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the National Development Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises has invested in a total of 1,981 projects with an investment amount exceeding 69 billion yuan, leading to over 2,000 specialized and innovative enterprises being listed on the A-share market. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, has launched a pilot program for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in one hundred cities, supporting over 45,000 pilot enterprises in implementing digital upgrades.
