The Infortainment App of Wisdom Capital, Jianhong Group Holdings (01557.HK) has issued an announcement regarding Ince & Co's application against the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jianhong Foundation Limited on January 27, 2025. The original applicant has filed an application for withdrawal of the application to the court via subpoena. The application filed by the original applicant was withdrawn by the court at the hearing. Billion International Limited, as a supporting creditor of the application, has applied to the court to become the applicant in place of the original applicant, and the court has approved this application. The substitute applicant has also been granted a revised application against Jianhong Foundation, related to unpaid invoices of approximately 2.7 million Hong Kong dollars.
