Mr. Zhao Longhu, a director and vice general manager of the company (holding 2.3084 million shares, accounting for 0.27% of the total share capital of the company), plans to reduce his holdings of company shares by no more than 52,920 shares through centralized trading within three months after the disclosure of the announcement, which is within fifteen trading days. This is equivalent to 0.061% of the total share capital of the company; Mr. Cao Jingguang, vice general manager of the company (holding 282,200 shares, accounting for 0.03% of the total share capital of the company), plans to reduce his holdings of company shares by no more than 4,340 shares through centralized trading within three months after the disclosure of the announcement, which is within fifteen trading days. This is equivalent to 0.005% of the total share capital of the company.
