Jushen Group Announcement: Recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries Guangdong Jushen Warehousing Co., Ltd., Wuxi Jushen Warehousing Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Jushen Warehousing Co., Ltd., Foshan Sanshui Jushen Warehousing Co., Ltd., Shihezi Jushen Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Jushen Land Port Intermodal Co., Ltd. have decided to distribute profits to the company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has received a total of RMB 95.7 million in dividends from the above-mentioned wholly-owned subsidiaries. Jushen Warehousing, Wuxi Jushen, Jiangxi Jushen, Sanshui Jushen, Shihezi Jushen, and Xinjiang Jushen are all wholly-owned subsidiaries included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
