The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Jinrong Tianyu (300988.SZ) issued an announcement. The "Consistent Action Agreement" signed by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Yan Xuewei, Mr. Sun Xingwen, Mr. Yun Zhi, and Ms. Han Fengzhi (spouse of Sun Xingwen) will expire on May 11, 2025. All parties have decided not to renew the agreement after it expires and the consistent action agreement among the four parties will be terminated after the expiration.
