Jaguar Land Rover's strategic adjustment in China: Multiple locally-produced models will cease production in September this year. Jaguar brand will only focus on pure electric vehicles in the future.

According to internal sources at Jaguar Land Rover China, based on global strategic deployment and product planning, production of Jaguar XEL, XFL, and E-PACE models at the Chery Jaguar Land Rover factory in Changshu will officially end in September 2025. The production plans for other models will also be gradually adjusted according to global and strategic considerations. "In the future, Jaguar models will be purely electric, so existing products will be iterated upon, in line with our strategic deployment."
