Jinhai High-tech announced that the construction completion period for the company's "Zhuji Annual Production of 5.55 Million New Energy Vehicle Air Filter R&D and Industrialization Project" and "Zhuhai Annual Production of 1.5 Million New Energy Vehicle Air Filter R&D and Industrialization Project" has been extended from May 2025 to May 2026. This matter does not require submission for approval by the company's shareholders' meeting.
