Qixia Construction: Nanjing High-tech intends to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 3%

Qixia Construction announced on the evening of May 21 that Nanjing Gaoke Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding 8.82% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 31.5 million shares, which is not more than 3% of the company's total share capital.
