Wandong Medical: elects Ma Chibing as Chairman.

On the evening of May 21st, Wandong Medical announced that Hu Ziqiang has resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Board, Member of the Board Strategic Committee, and Member of the Board Remuneration and Assessment Committee due to personal reasons, and will not hold any position in the company after the resignation takes effect. The company convened a board meeting to consider and approve relevant proposals, agreeing to elect Ma Chibing as the Chairman of the Tenth Board of Directors. As of now, Ma Chibing does not hold any shares of the company, and apart from serving as the head of the medical business sector of controlling shareholder Midea Group, he has no other affiliation with the company's other directors, supervisors, or executives.
