Hengrui Pharmaceutical announced that the company is carrying out the related work of issuing overseas listed foreign shares and listing on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The company has determined the final price of this H-share offering to be HK$44.05 per share. The H-shares issued by the company are expected to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and start trading on May 23, 2025.
