Among them, 344 million yuan was invested in equity, obtaining 15.04% equity of Runhe Investment; convertible bond investment of 55.56 million yuan with a term of 6 months. After the change, Zhou Hongwei's shareholding ratio is 68.52%, Sun Qiang, Ma Yufeng, and Xu Xinmiao's shareholding ratios are 10.42%, 3.47%, and 2.55% respectively, and Runchuang's shareholding is 15.04%. At the same time, Sun Qiang, Ma Yufeng, and Xu Xinmiao entrusted Zhou Hongwei to exercise the voting rights and other non-property shareholder rights corresponding to all the shares of Runhe Investment they hold, with a term of 5 years.
