Zhicheng Financial APP News, ST Mingcheng (600136.SH) announced that the company plans to sell 45% equity of its holding subsidiary Wuhan Contemporary Times Media Co., Ltd. ("Times Media") through public listing transfer. After the transaction is completed, Times Media will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
