The case of Yang Biao, former member of the Party Group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of Tongren City People's Congress in Guizhou Province, suspected of taking bribes, has been investigated and concluded by the Guizhou Provincial Supervisory Commission, and has been transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution. Designated by the Guizhou Provincial People's Procuratorate, it is under review and prosecution by the People's Procuratorate of Anshun City. Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Anshun City made a decision to arrest Yang Biao on suspicion of bribery. The case is currently being further processed.
