Hong Kong Housing Authority: "Homeownership Scheme 2024" will start selecting buildings on May 29 and will be sold at 30% off market value.

Wisdom Financial APP learned that the Hong Kong Housing Authority announced that the selection of units for sale under the Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) 2024 will begin next Thursday (May 29). The units included in this round of sales include five new HOS development projects located in Kai Tak, Yau Tong, Kwun Tong, Tuen Mun, and Tung Chung, totaling 7132 units; approximately 300 units that were repossessed due to the cancellation of sales agreements in the HOS 2020, HOS 2022, and HOS 2023 sales; and a new batch of approximately 400 units from the Tenants Purchase Scheme.
