Union Consultation: Monitor panel demand remains strong in May, prices are expected to continue rising.

According to TrendForce, in May, the prices of TV panels and laptop panels continued to remain stable, while monitor panel prices saw a slight increase. Monitor panels continue to be driven by the escalating tariff issue, maintaining good momentum. Some brand customers are hoping to increase their stockpiling efforts before the end of the three-month tariff exemption. Other brand customers are actively expanding into markets outside of the United States, driving an increase in panel demand. Therefore, it is expected that panel prices in May will continue to maintain an upward trend.
