On May 21st, a reporter from Caijing News learned from the Price and Fee Management Department of the Development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region that the relevant department is currently working on formulating the implementation details of the "Document No. 136", striving to ensure a smooth transition between old and new policies; there is no official document version submitted for approval yet, and there will be some time before soliciting public opinions. Authorities remind practitioners not to easily believe unconfirmed government documents. In February of this year, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued a notice on "Promoting the High-Quality Development of New Energy through Deepening Market-oriented Reform of Internet Electricity Prices for New Energy", which clearly states the direction of market-oriented reform, promoting new energy internet electricity to enter the electricity market fully and form prices through market transactions. After some companies' new energy participates in electricity market transactions, a mechanism for differential settlement is established outside the market, and the price level, volume, and duration of new energy included in the mechanism will be specified by the provincial price supervisory department in conjunction with the provincial energy supervisory department, and the electricity operation supervisory department.
