According to the Qichacha App, recently, Zhongshan Wan Zhong Lanjing Tourism Cruise Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 8 million yuan. Its business scope includes: ship leasing; passenger ticket agency; organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities; marketing planning, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the company is wholly owned by Zhongshan Public Utility's subsidiary, Zhonggang Passenger Transport Co., Ltd.
