German stock index continues to hit historic highs, while Italian bank index closed up by 0.8%.

The German DAX 30 index closed up by 0.36% at 24,021.43 points, continuing to set a new record high. The French stock index closed up by 0.74%, the Italian stock index closed up by 0.84%, the banking index rose by 0.85%, and the UK stock index closed up by 0.92%. The Danish stock index closed up by 2.55%, and the Copenhagen 25 index rose by 1.42%.
