After Moody's downgraded the US credit rating, a quick public opinion survey conducted by Deutsche Bank showed that the majority of respondents agreed with the rating agency's concerns about the US deficit. Jim Reid from Deutsche Bank stated in a report that "80% of respondents actually believe that the US is on an unsustainable debt path."
