According to the China Securities APP, General Motors (GM.US), a long-time leader in the US automotive industry, has ceased exporting some vehicles manufactured in the US to China due to the ongoing trade tensions between the two countries. Media reports indicate that this decision was confirmed to dealers and employees responsible for the export business in China by this Detroit-based major automaker over the weekend.
