(hereinafter referred to as the "issuer") has obtained the approval and registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the public issuance of not more than 20 billion yuan (inclusive) of subordinated corporate bonds to professional institutional investors [Circular No. 2024]1258. GF Securities Co., Ltd. will publicly issue subordinated bonds to professional investors in 2025 (the second phase) with a planned issuance size not exceeding 5 billion yuan (inclusive), as the second phase issuance under the aforementioned registration approval.
