According to the Wisdom Financial APP, Advanced Materials Company ASP Isotopes (ASPI.US) announced on Tuesday that it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire the South African listed company Renergen. Renergen is an energy company focused on helium and liquefied natural gas production, and this acquisition will create synergies in their respective businesses in the key strategic materials sector.
