Honghe Renai Medical announced that its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, the buyer, and the seller have entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire all the equity of Cixi Honghe Property Management Co., Ltd. for a total price of 49.47 million RMB. The price will be paid in three installments. After the completion of the acquisition, the target company will become a subsidiary of Honghe Renai Medical and its financial performance will be consolidated into the group's comprehensive financial statements. Since the highest applicable percentage for the acquisition exceeds 5% but is below 25%, the acquisition constitutes a disclosure transaction for the company and must comply with the declaration and announcement requirements under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
