Honghe Renai Medical: Acquired all equity of Cixi Honghe Property Management Co., Ltd. at a price of 49.47 million yuan.

Announcement from Honghe Renai Medical, an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a share transfer agreement with the buyer and seller to acquire all the equity of Cixi Honghe Property Management Co., Ltd., at a price of RMB 49.47 million. The price will be paid in three installments. Upon completion of the acquisition, the target company will become a subsidiary of Honghe Renai Medical, and its financial performance will be consolidated into the group's financial statements. As the highest applicable percentage for the acquisition exceeds 5% but is below 25%, the acquisition constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company and must comply with the reporting and announcement requirements under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
