Wisdom Financial News APP, Zhongnong Lihua (603970.SH) announced that the company has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of shares with Tao Weikang and other natural person shareholders of Zhejiang Taizhou Agricultural Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the target company" or "Taizhou Agricultural Materials"). The company intends to acquire at least 50% of the shares of Taizhou Agricultural Materials held by Tao Weikang and other natural person shareholders in cash or other ways. After the completion of this acquisition, Taizhou Agricultural Materials will become a subsidiary of the company.
