Zhongcai Energy Saving: Wholly-owned subsidiary signs a 1.252 billion yuan EPC general contracting project contract.

On the evening of May 20th, China National Building Material Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CNBM International Corporation, has signed the EPC general contract for the Uzbekistan Navoi Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant Green Energy Low Carbon Project with China National Building Materials Overseas. CNBM International Corporation plans to entrust CNBM Overseas to carry out and complete all the development, design, procurement, supply, construction, commissioning, debugging, testing, and other work of the Uzbekistan Navoi Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant Green Energy Low Carbon Project, with a contract value of approximately 1.252 billion yuan. CNBM Overseas is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNBM International, and CNBM International and the ultimate controlling shareholder of the company are both China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd.
