Pingshuicoal announced that the company plans to sign a "commission management agreement" with China Pingmei Shenma Group and its subsidiaries Ruiping Coal Electric, Pingyu Coal Electric, Jingsheng Coal Industry, Xiadian Coal Industry, and Liangbei Erjing Coal Industry. China Pingmei Shenma Group will entrust some shareholder rights of the relevant equity it holds to the company for a period of 3 years, and each unit will be charged a management fee of 600,000 yuan/year.
