Tongde Chemical announced that the company plans to sign an Intention Framework Agreement with Inner Mongolia Shengli Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. to transfer part of the equity of Shanxi Tongde Civil Explosives Co., Ltd., Shanxi Tongde Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd., and Xinzhou Tongde Civil Explosives Equipment Operations Co., Ltd. to Shengli Civil Explosives. The specific transfer method, transfer price, and other details will be negotiated and determined by both parties based on audit, evaluation, and subsequent internal and external reviews. The company intends to transfer assets, liabilities, production permits, and other related business assets related to civil explosives production and operations to Shanxi Tongde Civil Explosives Co., Ltd., completing the division and adjustment of civil explosives production and operations business, enabling Shanxi Tongde Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. to fully inherit all assets, liabilities, and production permits related to the company's civil explosives production.
