Huilai B Announcement: The total market value of the company's stock at the close of trading on May 20, 2025 was RMB 290 million, the first time it has fallen below RMB 300 million. According to Article 9.2.1 of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules", if the total market value of the stock at the close of trading for 20 consecutive days is below RMB 300 million, the company's stock may be delisted from the exchange.
