The General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on learning, promoting and implementing the "People's Republic of China Private Economy Promotion Law", emphasizing the implementation of the law as an opportunity to further improve work standards, strengthen measures, and ensure the promotion and growth of the private economy on the track of the rule of law. Firstly, establish a sound working mechanism. Implement relevant legal provisions, establish and improve coordination mechanisms for promoting the development of the private economy, and coordinate efforts to implement the work. Secondly, accelerate the improvement of supporting systems. In accordance with the legal provisions, implement necessary reforms. On one hand, based on actual conditions, further improve the institutional mechanisms for promoting the development of the private economy. On the other hand, clean up local regulations, rules, normative documents, and other policy documents that are inconsistent with legal provisions, and promptly amend or abolish them. Thirdly, comprehensively implement the legal provisions. Enhance the awareness of the rule of law, fulfill legal responsibilities, strictly carry out work in accordance with legal powers and procedures, ensure the equal use of production factors by various economic entities, fair participation in market competition, equal legal protection, actively coordinate and solve major issues in the development of the private economy, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises and entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, and ensure the implementation of all provisions of the "Private Economy Promotion Law".
