Treasure Light Co., Ltd.: China West Electric Group Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 30% of the shares of Treasure Light Co., Ltd. held by Treasure Light Group.

Treasure Light Co., Ltd. announced that China Xidian Group Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 99.06 million shares of Treasure Light Co., Ltd. held by Treasure Light Group through agreement transfer, accounting for 30.00% of Treasure Light Co., Ltd.'s total share capital. The acquisition has completed necessary approval procedures and complies with the provisions of Article 63, paragraph 1 of the "Acquisition Management Measures" and is exempt from issuing a tender offer. This acquisition will not result in a change of actual controller of Treasure Light Co., Ltd.
