According to the Zhixin Financial APP, KTech Solutions is a toy manufacturer based in Hong Kong, specializing in producing educational toys and learning tool kits. The company submitted an IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, planning to raise up to a maximum of $9 million.
