The People's Government of Zhejiang Province recently issued "Several Measures to Support the Innovation and Development of Artificial Intelligence", which will be implemented from May 31, 2025, and will be valid until December 31, 2027. The "Several Measures" propose that by 2027, a sustainable and leading development pattern will be preliminarily formed, with the core technology and industrial applications of general artificial intelligence leading nationwide. Several artificial intelligence companies with global competitiveness and influence will be nurtured, and the operating income of the province's scale-above core artificial intelligence industry will exceed 1 trillion yuan. By 2030, a comprehensive sustainable and leading development pattern will be fully formed, with the core technology and industrial applications of general artificial intelligence leading globally. A number of artificial intelligence companies with global competitiveness and influence will be nurtured, and the operating income of the province's scale-above core artificial intelligence industry will exceed 1.2 trillion yuan.
