According to WiseFinance APP, the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) has revoked the license of Mak Chor Wah (male) and his approval as a responsible person of Baotong Securities Asia Limited (Baotong Securities) due to his conviction of theft and failure to timely notify the SFC of his criminal prosecution. Mak is also prohibited from re-entering the industry for a period of two years, from May 16, 2025 to May 15, 2027.
