According to the Hainan Daily News, recently, the Haikou Ecological Environment Bureau and the Haikou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau jointly issued the "Haikou Blue Carbon Economy Development Action Plan", specifying that by the end of 2035, the city's blue carbon economy system will be basically established, the contribution of blue carbon economy will significantly increase, and the ecological level of the marine industry will be significantly improved.
