National Development and Reform Commission: Systematically plan 53 supporting measures in 7 aspects to promote the implementation and effectiveness of the Private Economy Promotion Law.
On May 20, the National Development and Reform Commission held a press conference for the month of May. During the conference, the spokesperson for the commission, Li Chao, announced that the Private Economic Promotion Law officially came into effect on the same day. This is a milestone event in the construction of a socialist market economy, and it holds great significance in the development of private economy in our country. The National Development and Reform Commission will promote the implementation of the law in three ways: first, to carry out comprehensive legal publicity activities; second, to accelerate the implementation of supporting policies; and third, to work with relevant departments and localities to effectively address the concerns of private enterprises. In terms of developing supporting policies, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with relevant departments, has planned 53 policy measures in 7 areas. Currently, relevant policy measures are being gradually implemented. For example, opinions on improving the social credit system, as well as actions to clean up market access barriers. In the future, the National Development and Reform Commission will establish detailed records to promote the implementation of relevant policies and measures. To address the concerns of private enterprises, it is important to utilize new policies such as local government special bonds, strengthen punishment for dishonesty, accelerate the clearance of accounts payable for private enterprises, and promote specialized law enforcement actions involving enterprises. It is crucial to prevent arbitrary enforcement and implement effective supervision mechanisms for fees related to enterprises to enhance the transparency of enterprise-related fees.
