According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Chaozhou City Tixiang Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Tong Huahui as the legal representative. The scope of business includes: research and development of sanitary ware; manufacturing of sanitary ware; sales of sanitary ware; manufacturing of sanitary ceramic products; sales of smart home consumer equipment; manufacturing of smart home consumer equipment; import and export of goods. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Ruierte's wholly-owned subsidiary, Aktis Technology Co., Ltd., among others.
