On that day, the Shanghai Longhua Pier was officially put into use, and a new route for sightseeing cruises also had its maiden voyage at the same time. Located on the Xuhui Riverside, the Longhua Pier was formerly the largest cement factory pier in Asia. It is reported that the project plans to build two berths for 2000-ton cruise ships, with one berth currently in operation.
