The report from Zhongjin Securities pointed out that Hang Seng Index Company conducted a quarterly review last week. Based on the adjustment of the Hang Seng Composite Index and the requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Connect, Buro, Guming, and Mixue were added to the constituents of the Hang Seng Composite Index last week, and it is expected that they will be included in the Hong Kong Stock Connect. In addition, Horizon Robotics, which went public in October last year, was included in the Hang Seng Composite Index in February this year, and met the additional requirements for its dual-class shares after being listed for 6 months and 20 trading days at the end of May, and is expected to be included in the Hong Kong Stock Connect once the requirements are met. Junda Group, which was listed on May 8th, is a dual-listed company in AH markets, and according to the Hong Kong Stock Connect inclusion rules, it will enter Hong Kong Stock Connect trading after the period of stable pricing in the Hong Kong stock market ends. Midea Group and Zhongtong Express have been included in the Hang Seng Index constituents, and BYD has been added to the Hang Seng Technology Index constituents, replacing Yuewen Group, effective from June 9th. Zhongjin Securities estimates that Zhongtong Express and NetEase will have passive fund inflows of approximately $128 million and $218 million respectively, with inflow periods of around 2.8 days and 1.4 days. In terms of fund outflows, due to a decrease in weights, potential passive fund outflows for Wanda International and Hang An International are estimated to be around $11.62 million and $2.91 million, with outflow periods of around 0.3 days. As for the Hang Seng Technology Index, Zhongjin Securities estimates that NetEase and BYD will have passive fund inflows of $590 million and $2 billion respectively, with inflow periods of around 2.7 days, while Yuewen is estimated to have outflows of $120 million, which will take 4.7 days.
