Hualichuangtong announcement, Mr. Li Chunsheng, an independent director of the company, passed away recently due to illness. During his tenure as the independent director of the 6th Board of Directors of the company, the convener of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Li Chunsheng fulfilled his duties diligently and responsibly, providing professional opinions and suggestions on relevant decision-making matters for the company. The company and the Board of Directors express deep gratitude to Mr. Li Chunsheng for his efforts and contributions during his tenure. Mr. Li Chunsheng did not hold any shares of the company. After Mr. Li Chunsheng's passing, the current number of Board members has decreased from 9 to 8, which is not below the statutory minimum number but below the number of Board members specified in the Company's Articles of Association. The company will promptly appoint new independent directors and announce them in a timely manner. Before the newly elected independent directors take office, the responsibilities of the independent directors of the company will be temporarily fulfilled by Ms. Ning Yu and Mr. Xia Chao, the two current independent directors. The company's production and operation are not affected by this.
