Western Superconductor: Appointing Zhang Xiaohang and Lei Jinwen as Deputy General Managers of the company.

Western Superconductor announced on May 19th that the company held the seventh meeting of the fifth board of directors on May 17, 2025, and approved the "Proposal on Appointing Deputy General Managers of the Company." It was agreed to appoint Zhang Xiaohang and Lei Jinwen as deputy general managers of the company, with a term from the date of approval of the seventh meeting of the fifth board of directors until the expiration of the term of the fifth board of directors.
